I help women to connect with their own power, strength and resilience, so that they can birth, parent and live the way that works best for them.

Anna Siebert
Therapist, Educator & Doula In Canberra, ACT.

Ever wondered what the world would be like if we were connected to our own power?

Imagine how much more freedom we could experience if strength and compassion had a daily walk through our bodies.

In a world where many of us move through our lives with our traumas tucked away, sometimes even forgotten, we may not even realise the profound impact that ‘holding it together’ can have on our bodies, hearts and minds. Stephen Terrell describes this as ‘the cost of doing business’.

And for some of us, this cost is too high.

I help women to connect with their own power, strength and resilience, so that they can birth, parent and live, guided by their instinctual life force within.

My approach is a unique blend of traditional counselling, somatic therapies and spiritual healing.

I help you to experience the vitality and incredible intelligence existing within your body, and guide you to understand your heart, mind and body through embodied experience.

Meeting online via Zoom or in person in my healing rooms, I offer deep presence and a space where you can feel truly seen and heard, so that you can heal new and old wounds – both your own and those passed down through your family lines.

My intention is for the possibility of healing; that you can experience the life and pleasure beyond post-traumatic growth.
